That is true. However the day is coming where Pokrovsk falls, and talking within mere weeks not months down the road. Rest assured NATO is probably covertly involved to secure that are in panic right as we speak, Russians are not far from there anymore. If they take that it is over for Ukraine at least in the entire Donbas region, and the White House and NATO knows this. Steps are being readied for intervention and then, probably all out war.
Get ready to hunker down and stay safe.
The mission is not to defeat Ukraine to rubble though. It is to defeat their military, commence regime change when they do, and install a new neutral government not beholden to the West. They don't need to completely destroy all of Ukraine to do that, nor do they want to.

Again, you don't have to be a Russian to know the obvious goal for Ukraine. They do not want Ukraine in NATO. They will not allow it. They've been saying that well before 2014.
Denial gets you nowhere. You can hate them all you want for it. That is their objective: de-militarize Ukraine and to install a neutral government over there after it's collapse. That collapse, outside of WWIII, is going to happen at some point. Just get ready to accept it.

LOL, that would not happen even if all of Ukraine fell. That is not the goal. The goal is to make sure Ukrainian territory is never in the hands of their adversaries and sadly we have been acting like adversaries even after the collapse of the Soviet Union. We have plenty of NATO bases already surrounding Russia today. They will not become a target as long as we don't directly attack Russia.
