Was playing GTA4:BoGT about 5 days in advance of these notables.

One song caught my ear

Sure enough it was Busta, but the song was blatant Cabal showboating.

Did some digging, was lead to the female vocalist. Her name was "Debby Coda" but oddly enough she didn't have a Wikipedia page.

Did more digging. She's an English DJ.
