I know people watch us here. I'd like to thank the people prepping kamalas actor for the debate. I had this visceral reaction to her responses and I didn't know why, despite knowing it's all fake. Then it hit me. My mother, who is so toxic my kids don't even know who she is, used to do that same head turning and incredulous smirking routine every time she was being called on a lie. Then it all made sense. Bravo for whoever was responsible for understanding the behavioral psychology of liars, and teaching the actor.
She was very good at living in her own manufactured reality and expecting everyone else to live in it too. I'm glad I escaped it.
