None of the "People" are the enemy, it's a handful of elites/politicians. The running joke is we have Russians, Chinese, citizens serving in he US military in leadership roles. Either we're friends or we're screwed.

US Military = Poorly trained maintainers, I did an entire dissertation for the Air Force on the topic, they seemed pleased at the idea that our workforce was becoming more incompetent.
