I figured it was a bullshit spam-sort of thing. Went to the web site and found that it's a legit class action lawsuit against ORACLE, based out of California. (https://www.classaction.org/media/katz-lacabe-et-al-v-oracle-america-inc.pdf)
It appears ORACLE has been gathering information on citizens. Worldwide. And lost the class action lawsuit.
Anyone else get this email?
