But now both Axios and Israeli media are reporting it involved a ground component. "During major attack by jets earlier this week, IDF commandos said to have rappelled from helicopters to capture Iranians and remove materials before destroying site," Times of Israel writes. However, other reports make no mention of captured Iranians.

Secretary LaRose Reminds Elections Officials to be Vigilant After Investigation Uncovers Illegal Voter Registration Forms

Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced today that his Election Integrity Unit has issued a warning to Ohio’s 88 county boards of elections after an investigation uncovered the use of illegal voter registration forms by a government agency.

“This is a reminder to all of our elections officials to be vigilant as we enter the final weeks of voter registration eligibility for the 2024 general election,” said Secretary LaRose. “We’re continuing to aggressively pursue third-party groups and paid canvassers who’ve been submitting fraudulent registration forms, and we’re cracking down on the use of illegal forms that aren’t authorized by my office as the law requires. These investigations are happening even as we continue to broaden the enforcement of Ohio’s constitutional citizenship voting requirement.”

The office’s Election Integrity Unit recently concluded an investigation into the origins of an illegal voter registration form translated into the Haitian Creole language. The Clark County Board of Elections reported this form to our office after rejecting its submission by a local applicant.

“The Board confirmed they’ve only received one of these unauthorized forms, but they rightly recognized it as illegal and worked with my team to track down its source with the help of a county government assistance office,” said Hun Yi, Director of Investigations for the office’s Public Integrity Division, in a memo to elections officials. “The form was erroneously included among others outsourced to a foreign language translation service. It garnered national attention considering the high number of Haitian refugees that have recently migrated to the Springfield area, and it serves as an important reminder that boards and designated voter registration agencies should be vigilant about the use of forms submitted to their office.”

The memo also highlights the Secretary of State’s efforts to enhance the ongoing statewide audit of Ohio’s voter rolls for citizenship compliance, using records provided by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database. The office is also implementing more extensive cross-checks of Social Security Administration records, federal jury pool data, and naturalization records maintained by the justice system, while repeatedly asking the Biden-Harris administration to grant access to additional DHS databases, specifically the Person Centric Query Service (PCQS) database, the Person Centric Identity Services (PCIS) database, and the Central Index System 2.

“The entire statewide voter registration database is cross-checked for citizenship status on an ongoing basis, and we’ve implemented a mandatory citizenship check of all new voter registrations,” Director Yi said in the memo to elections officials. “If you have any reason to believe an individual or group is encouraging noncitizen participation in Ohio’s elections, please report that activity to our Election Integrity Unit immediately for investigation.”

The memo concludes with a notice of ongoing investigations into evidence of a pattern of fraudulent voter registration activity in multiple counties under the paid employment of a group called Black Fork Strategies.

“All county boards should be vigilant about the integrity of registration forms submitted by any public or private entity, especially third-party groups hiring paid operatives who often work on a bounty system based on the quantity, not quality, of their work,” Yi reminded the boards.

U.S. Coast Guard seizes over 1,200 pounds of cocaine from "narco sub" in Caribbean Sea

The U.S. Coast Guard said Tuesday that it had offloaded more than $54 million worth of cocaine that was intercepted in the Caribbean Sea in a "complex counter-drug mission" — including over 1,200 pounds of cocaine that was seized from a semisubmersible vessel, or so-called "narco sub."

The crew of Coast Guard Cutter Diligence offloaded more than 4,125 pounds of cocaine with an street value of about $54 million in Port Everglades, Florida, on Monday, the Coast Guard said in a news release. The drugs were seized in the international waters of the Caribbean Sea during three separate operations.

‘Open Air Drug Market:’ Social Media Sites Including Instagram, Snapchat Fuel Fentanyl Deaths Among Youth

Social media platforms including Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook and Instagram, China’s TikTok, and Snapchat have become dangerous marketplaces for the sale of deadly fake pills laced with fentanyl, contributing to a growing epidemic of overdose deaths among young Americans.

AP News reports that social media has a new dark side — the ease with which drug dealers can sell their deadly wares to unsuspecting youth. In the last five years, fentanyl overdoses due to counterfeit pills have become a leading cause of death for minors, even as overall drug use has slightly declined. The DEA found in a 2022 analysis that six out of 10 fentanyl-laced fake prescription pills contained a potentially lethal dose.

Experts, law enforcement, and children’s advocates point to social media companies like Snap, TikTok, Telegram, and Meta Platforms (owner of Instagram) as enablers of this crisis. They argue these companies are not doing enough to keep children safe on their platforms. With just a few clicks, kids can find dealers promising prescription pills like Percocet or Xanax. But all too often, what arrives instead are fake pills tainted with lethal doses of fentanyl.

The stories of victims follow a tragic pattern. Teens hear pills are available on social media. They connect with a dealer, a package arrives, they take a pill in their bedroom, and within minutes they are dead, sometimes not found until the next morning. The National Crime Prevention Council estimates 80 percent of teen and young adult fentanyl poisoning deaths trace back to some social media contact.

While overall accidental overdoses have decreased slightly each year since 2021 according to the CDC, the decline is very small. In 2021 there were 1,622 overdose deaths among ages 0-19, 1,590 in 2022, and 1,511 last year. Education and awareness have helped, but much more needs to be done.

Social media companies say they are constantly working to address the issue, while law enforcement has made some high-profile busts. But the problem persists. Encrypted messaging and alleged lax moderation on some platforms make illegal activity even easier. Money is sent through legitimate payment platforms and drugs delivered by mail.

Blue Privilege: Courts Give Police The Right To Lie And Slander

Decades old Supreme Court rulings laid the foundation for the modern day police state, enshrining the right to lie and dodge accountability leading to a deluge of corruption and abuses.

To serve and protect, police are allowed to slander and destroy. Cops in many states and localities have acquired the right to lie about their shootings, searches, and practically anything else. Police have routinely planted drugs, guns, and other evidence to incriminate innocent people, while police labs have engaged in wholesale fraud blighting tens of thousands of lives.

From a trickle to a torrent

Supreme Court rulings turned a trickle of police perjury into a torrent. In 1967, the Supreme Court, in the case of McCray v. Illinois, gave policemen the right to keep secret the name of their “reliable informant” they used to get search warrants or target people for arrest. Law professor Irving Younger observed at the time: “The McCray case almost guarantees wholesale police perjury. When his conduct is challenged as constituting an unreasonable search and seizure … every policeman will have a genie-like informer to legalize his master’s arrests.” The Supreme Court created a judicial playing field on which police were the only witnesses who can safely lie.

In 1983, the Supreme Court ruled that government officials are immune from lawsuits even when their brazen lies in court testimony resulted in the conviction of innocent people. The court fretted that “the alternative of limiting the official’s immunity would disserve the broader public interest.” Honest government was not one of the “broader public interests” the court recognized that day.

In 1992, Myron Orfield, a Minnesota state representative and University of Minnesota law professor, conducted a confidential survey of Chicago judges, prosecutors, narcotics agents, and public defenders on Fourth Amendment issues. One Chicago prosecuting attorney observed that “in fifty percent of small drug cases [police] don’t accurately state what happens.” Twenty-two percent of Chicago judges surveyed reported that they believed that police are lying in court more than half of the time they testify in relation to Fourth Amendment issues; 92 percent of the judges said they believed that police lie at least “some of the time.” Thirty-eight percent of the Chicago judges said they believed that police superiors encourage policemen to lie in court. One judge did not even know how perjury was defined under the Illinois Criminal Code. After Orfield read him the technical definition, the judge replied: “Then there is sure a hell of a lot of perjury going on in this courtroom.”

In 1994, the Mollen Commission reported that “the practice of [NYPD] police falsification in connection with such arrests is so common in certain precincts that it has spawned its own word: ‘testilying.’” Federal appeals court chief judge Alex Kozinski observed in 1995: “It is an open secret long shared by prosecutors, defense lawyers and judges that perjury is widespread among law enforcement officers.” Former San Jose, California, police chief Joseph McNamara observed that “hundreds of thousands of law-enforcement officers commit felony perjury every year testifying about drug arrests.”

Authorities in Springfield, Ohio have evacuated city hall and schools including an elementary school after receiving a bomb threat.

Springfield City Hall, schools, county hit by bomb threat tied to Haitian issues

Several city, county and school buildings around Springfield were closed Thursday because of a bomb threat “to multiple facilities throughout Springfield,” according to a city statement released Thursday morning. Springfield City Hall was evacuated around 8:30 a.m.

Springfield Police Chief Allison Elliott said at a Thursday afternoon press conference that City Hall, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, the Springfield Driver’s Exam Station, Ohio License Bureau on the south side, Springfield Academy of Excellence and Fulton Elementary School were all named in the threat and were cleared using explosive-detecting canines.

“I would like to stress that we are deeply committed to the safety of our entire community,” Elliott said. “Safety is a shared responsibility and it takes all of us; I encourage the public, if you see something, say something.”

Springfield Mayor Rob Rue said everyone who was in the City Hall building was moved out and is safe. Rue would not comment on the precise language of the threat but said it came from someone claiming to be from Springfield, and mentioned frustration with the city related to Haitian immigration issues.

Investigation Refutes Israel’s Account of Shooting That Killed American Activist

Aysenur Eyzi Eygi, 26, was shot in the head by an Israeli soldier in the occupied West Bank on September 6

Eygi was shot in the head by an Israeli sniper bullet during a protest against illegal Jewish settlements in the West Bank village of Beita organized by the International Solidarity Movement (ISM). The Israeli military said it was “highly likely” one of its soldiers shot Eygi but claimed the headshot was “unintentional” and that the real target was the “key instigator” of a riot that was taking place.

But the Post’s investigation, which was based on videos, photos, and eyewitness accounts, found that Eygi was shot more than a half-hour after Israeli soldiers confronted the protesters and 20 minutes after the protesters moved down the road and were more than 200 yards away from Israeli forces, a distance where they could pose no threat.

The shooting occurred near a Jewish settlement, known as the Evyatar outpost, that was first built in 2021 and was recently given approval by the Israeli government. Palestinian residents in the area meet near the outpost on Fridays for weekly prayers as an act of protest.

Hisham Dweikat, a local resident and member of the Palestinian National Council, told the Post that the Israeli military began coming to the area to break up the prayers. “They suppress us with tear gas and bullets, but the activities continued,” Dweikat.

On September 6, the day Eygi was shot, the Israeli military confronted the Palestinian residents and used tear gas and live ammunition, according to eyewitnesses. The Post said photos showed some of the protesters throwing stones at the Israeli occupation forces.

The assistant police chief of a Nashville suburb has taken to social media to warn about some serious corruption at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), Tennessee's version of the FBI.

Millersville Assistant Police Chief Shawn Taylor says his department and his home were raided by the TBI after the Millersville Police Department uncovered crimes involving high-profile individuals tied to mortgage fraud, narcotics trafficking, election fraud and human trafficking.

The corruption, Taylor says, extends far beyond Millersville, Nashville and even the state of Tennessee. And yet whoever is running the TBI is using the state agency to commit lawfare against local law enforcement for simply doing their jobs.

Taylor says the crime ring involves members of the U.S. Congress, state attorneys general, other law enforcement agencies and even BRICS nations, particularly communist China.

During the TBI raid on Taylor's home, agents seized files and other evidence used in criminal investigations.

"They took all of our files so that we are unable to complete these cases," he said.

Concerning the BRICS nations, Taylor says they are involved in fraudulent mortgages in several U.S. states. The purpose of this fraud is to shift political outcomes and ultimately weaken U.S. sovereignty.

"This is a multifaceted attack from a foreign adversary who is paying off our local municipal, county, state and federal politicians to keep this from coming to light," Taylor explained.

"We are moving forward with this case in other states and other arenas even though they have taken our files and our information."

The claims Taylor makes in the above video appear to concern a much larger globalist agenda at work across America. It is a plague that infests everything from your local police department right on up to the White House.

During their raid on Taylor's home, TBI agents reportedly "urinated" in his bathtub. This, he says, shows that the government hates Americans and wants them to know it.

"To me, that was the government saying, 'piss on you, America,' and that's not okay," Taylor says. "It's time to stand up, unify, come together peacefully, and demand accountability."

Alex Jones backed Taylor's claims by stating that the Department of Justice (DOJ) under Joe Biden has made sure that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), BlackRock and other elements of the globalist crime syndicate are able to continue making inroads towards America's ultimate destruction.

"From my deep research, what this Tennessee sheriff [sic] is saying is dead on," Jones commented.

Does Any Other Country besides Israel have the Right to Defend Itself?

Despite the countless atrocities, assassinations and violations of humanitarian and international law, American politicians and the corporate media recite ad infinitum the accepted talking point that Israel has a “right to defend itself.” From their distorted perspective, only the aggressor deserves that prerogative.

Israel’s claim to self-defense is never questioned. Although it has one of the strongest modern militaries (581 aircraft, including F-15, F-16 and advanced stealth F-35 fighter jets), possesses the latest air defense systems, stockpiles 400 nuclear weapons with delivery systems, and has the United States, the world’s largest military power, standing ready to protect it, we are to believe that Israel is in physical danger.

On the other hand, the Palestinians, most in need of defense, are denied that right. They are told to accept colonized lives in the Gaza concentration camp, to accept marginalization, injustice and humiliation forever; that they have no right to resist the Israeli apartheid regime.

And the United States and its Western proxies threaten the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah in Lebanon and others in the Palestinian Resistance for daring to challenge Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza.

Even though the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Palestinian Islamic Jihad and smaller groups have no organized modern military, no air force, navy, air defense systems, nuclear weapons and no Western allies to defend them from Israeli terrorism, we are to believe that they are a threat.

In addition, the US-Israeli narrative concerning Palestinians and their regional allies is rife with contradictions. The United States and Israel can choose their allies, while Iranians and Palestinians cannot without controversy.

Israel is hardly the victim it portrays itself to be. Its colonial expansion through the use of force began when it destroyed over 500 Palestinian towns and violently dispossessed over 750,000 Palestinians to establish an exclusive Jewish state in 1948. It broadened with the 1967 Arab-Israel War, which led to Israel’s occupation of Palestinian land in the Gaza Strip and West Bank, including East Jerusalem, as well as control over the Egyptian Sinai Peninsula and Syrian Golan Heights.

The historical record reveals that for many years prior to 1967, Israel intended to seize the West Bank and Golan Heights. There was no military threat or safety concerns. The war was fought out of a desire to demonstrate Israel’s power and to achieve territorial gains.

Israel continues to seize Palestinian land and escalate expansion. Currently, as many as 700,000 Jewish “settlers” live in 150 illegal “settlements” and 128 outposts across occupied Palestine.

The mainstreamed popular Israeli myth of a small David defending against an Arab Goliath was shattered by the Gaza prison break of October 7. A fantasy President Joe Biden and many in the American political class grew up on and continue to embrace.

The reality of Israel’s brutal siege of Gaza and the West Bank has also forced many Jews in the diaspora to recognize that Israel has not been their defender. To the contrary, the mixing of Judaism with Zionism — religion and bellicose nationalism — has fueled antisemitism.

To become a regional nuclear Goliath, Israel has violated countless international and humanitarian laws. Tel Aviv has yet to confront a law it has been willing to obey or a country’s sovereignty it felt compelled to respect.

The UN Charter of 1945 and the body of international law enshrined in its conventions, treaties and standards were created to govern relations and to usher in comity among nations, and to ensure the horrors of the Second World War were never repeated.

The Charter, for example, strictly prohibits the acquisition of territory by force. Israel, however, began violating it soon after it proclaimed statehood and again in its preemptive 1967 War.

Gov. Kathy Hochul Subpoenaed For Failing To Release Nursing Home Death Documents

Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH), chairman of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, issued a subpoena on Tuesday to New York Gov.
