Gag orders are unconstitutional and violate the 1st Amendment where it is specifically stated that Freedom of Speech will not be abridge. Abridged means altered, diminished, nor cutoff; legally. And the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land that no judge nor state can over rule.
This is what has to be appealed, it is a sure win for PDJT as the word abridge already nullifies any court or state order. He can speak fully, right now.
