How did someone suffer a broken neck, missing teeth and severe brain damage during a routine defensive tactics training course? Don't anons remember there was a cop who purposely had his neck broken during a Hand combat exercise who also had previously spoken out about Corruption in the department he was within. Enrique Delgado in my opinion was 187 because we've seen Law enforcement utilized this tactic before the silence/kill wistleblowers. Im going to keep digging. Thought it was notable and Spoopy.
