Could someone explain to me how it is that kamala, who never went throught the process of filing in each state to be on the ballot has been legally installed?
How is it that the DNC just holds a spot? Haven't there been issues with improper names etc on filings & those get kicked out? I remember that AOC's initial filing to run was for the wrong district. But how does she get away with not filing at all? I can't believe that ALL districts/states would accept that, they would loose out on filing fees at the least.
