He's a funeral director, family business. I wonder if that's what the case in TX is involving? Wouldn't be the first funeral home selling parts or perhaps it was a family member swindled out of the family home? I know of a city commissioner in a little place Florida that had a reputation for gaining real estate in shady ways when folks would come to him to set their estates up.
