They forget that Chicago has been a crime ridden hell hole slum for decades. Populated mostly by blacks that have benefited financially and otherwise from the Democrats. Not saying that the Democrats haven't held them in these positions, but they act like this influx of illegals is the problem when they've been a problem for decades.
