This was a shill meme, possibly even clown shill, of a person commenting on how, we were the ones who were the shills! It depicted a man, with a built body, seemingly hollering off into the distance. Later on, thoughout the year, the 'anon' started posting the image with a gold ring on the chest.

This just so happened to be around the same time I lost my engagement ring that I bought for SHEILD! How do you think it felt, after losing a $1000+ piece of jewelry, to see a shill posting slides about "namefags," but now with the ring I lost, across the chest of the individual in the meme's image.
