So… Anons… Here is an interesting problem.

I need to be able to drop a private key to someone who is probably behind compromised communications. Exactly why they are in this predicament is a bit of a mystery to me, but as I can't yet fly to the other side of the world and start punching people in the face…

I expect that someone is able to read all messages I send to this person and that my own account on that platform is monitored as well. We have been communicating using metaphor and other such things for some time, but things have reached a degree of spoopiness that I need to be able to be blunt and direct… If overt… Without completely tipping my hand to observers.

There may be no way around it, and I just have to bite a bullet…

There are a limited range of personal comms that have been made outside the platform in question to draw from for a pass-phrase… But those will evaporate under a dictionary attack and I will need at least part of that validation chain to erase after it has been used.

I can link to external image hosts and there seems to be minimal restriction on their web activity (but this can't be confirmed).

Probably. Those methods of comms are not happening, in either case. Only method I know of, for certain, is through this one platform. There may be a second in the form of a jewtoob account… But that seems too convenient at this point.

Basically, my spoop meter has its needle sheared off and is spinning out of control. Rational people would have abandoned this long ago, but as something of an autist, I am drawn to it like a moth to flame.

In theory, this person should own the platform they are using. However, they are using an alternate account (a series of them, which is denied by this person, but has also gone out of the way to mention things that I would pick up on and understand these accounts to be alts). Further, they are concerned about moderators and admins browsing their private messages.

Yet, this person knows who I am and the server went into an IP masking routine days after I returned to this platform after years of being away. So they have control. Or… Should. Yet they can't and/or won't speak directly as that person.

I could add on some more things… But I am already approaching a dangerous amount of detail as I do not know the conditons where this person is at. It is way beyond a simple prank or troll. This has been years in the making and required years before I ever met these people to set up and age accounts outside of this platform, as well, to be consistent with personal stories.
