IMPORTANT DOCS INVOLVING VACCINES!

Childhood vaccines are dangerous and the ONE government agency required to track vaccine safety, admitted in court this week they have completely failed to do so since 1987.

In a staggering admission in federal court, the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) admitted . . .

that under Title 42, United States Code, 300aa-27(c), it is required to report every two years to Congress about vaccine safety, adverse reactions, and other aspects of vaccinations in the United States, but it has completely failed to do so since 1987.

The admission came in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit brought by Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), which wanted to see the bi-annual reports required to be sent to Congress by HHS since 1987. Specifically, ICAN sought:

Any and all reports transmitted to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate, by the Secretary of HHS pursuant to 42 U.S.C. SS300aa-27(c).

Back in the 1980's Pharmaceutical Companies lobbied Congress to be IMMUNE from vaccine lawsuits. Congress agreed to grant such immunity on the condition that a government agency, HHS, would be required to monitor vaccine safety, track vaccine injuries and report back to Congress. HHS did not perform the vaccine safety monitoring. (cont'd below)

Instead, HHS went to great lengths to research how to improve the uptake of vaccines to make them more effective!

This series of events translated into ZERO liability by big pharma in vaccine injury lawsuits, and massive profits for that same big pharma industry as a result of government research into improved uptake.

Congress benefitted with tens of millions of dollars in campaign contributions from Big Pharma, which literally makes BILLIONS a year from foisting vaccines upon unsuspecting Americans. Vaccines that, in quite a number of cases, cause permanent injury to the children who get them, and which create a multitude of diseases later in life for other people.

Now, the Court Order in the ICAN FOIA case proves that the only government agency tasked with making certain vaccines are safe - failed to do so.
