Just went out again, and heard a loudish motor running not from a car but from some type of compressor yet it is dark across the street between both neighbors, then it stopped and two car doors slammed. The neighbor across the street also has his sprinkler on for the 2nd time today. Not a coincidence, probably were getting ready to blast some chems. Who runs a compressor at night in the dark?
