Why is there no lawsuit up to the supreme court on this. The constitution has clear definition. What is a citizen? Certainly not illegal entry aliens, immigrant applicants or residents who have not taken the citizenship test.
Where are the defenders of the constitution ? Holding endless hearings in congress and penning strongly worded letters.
