–A French criminal defense attorney who observed yesterday's proceedings as a guest of the Pentagon was conspicuously absent from the gallery this morning.

She tells me that she was refused entry. Why? Yesterday morning, at a TSA-style checkpoint outside the court complex, guards discovered she had mistakenly left a switched-off phone in her bag. So she stashed it in a nearby locker, just like the rest of us. Today she was banned.

New Jersey family killed returning from music festival after their Tesla 'goes off road and slams into sign' while oldest son was away at college

The family were valued members of the Jewish community, and the Valley Chabad Jewish Center held a memorial for them on Sunday evening.
