Again, you've missed a big point. The Jews didn't kill Jesus, neither did the Romans. Stop giving them credit for what He did.
Jesus had the authority, Jesus told us no one takes His life, HE GAVE IT of His own free will.
The one who handed Him over committed the greater sin.
"I desire mercy, not sacrifice".
He is counted among the transgressors.
