if you can handle it, let it flow through it. you'll feel like you're going to die, but when you come out on the other side, you'll feel so much getter having allowed your body to experience that shit.
try some vagus nerve stimulations or psoas muscle exercises/stretches. those are supposes to be 2 great grounding methods
damnit. try figuring out the psoas muscle and vagus nerve thing. both are supposed to be specially directly connected to the brain and can send "safe and sound" signals to the brain calming it down. they worked well for my ptsd.
