Okay. The pastebin verify: I was having trouble baking since the BO/BV verification started as I'm mostly travelling and IP changes constantly. Therefore I've no bake history to check, but I bake every day. My pastebin shows my baking history (click on my name in the pastebin) since Jan, and BO said the other day that this could be used to verify it's me when offering to bake.
And so, I make a verification paste when offering, so BO/BV and bakers know it's me, even w/o bake history on my present IP.
