Noticed 2 things about about POTUS tweet last night.
1) He characterizes the Russians who were indicted as "individuals". Not "Russian military officers" as Rosenstein called them.
2) He refers to what they were accused of doing as "work".
Those two things, together, set up a future claim that these individuals were working for, were affiliated with, some particular organization … some arm of the deep state … not the Russian government.

All we are doing is catching crumbs that are allowed to fall. We know that. It doesn't diminish the value of what we do. We know perfection isn't attainable, isn't a reasonable goal, with some 9000 daily flights globally. We look for interesting patterns, that's all.
