Run wireshark, nmap or something similar when you open 8kun,
then run it again on different browsers and see if there is any difference in the traffic.
The plan likely started being developed sometime in 2013 to 2014 and finished development some time before the first Q drop.
Since they included the DJT's successor in the plan, it likely goes out at least another 12 years from now, minimum; that said we should be getting a Christmas present this year.
