With all of those technologies and almost all of those technologies have been heavily developed by groups like DARPA in the Pentagon in the United States and other militaries around the world, specifically for that reason, because not only are they enhancers, they can be used as weapons of war against people, targeting them on the genetic level and all of this.

 

So we are literally living in a society where maniacs are in the driver's seat and we need to get out of the car immediately."
