No. Hammond's and Bundy's both had separate issues with the BLM. The Hammond's also had issues with the vindictive husband wife duo of the Burns BLM and the Malheur Wildlife Refuge that went back years. They were able to trump up charges against the Hammond's that caused an arson plea for setting a backfire to protect their grazing. They served their sentences but then were sent back to prison on terrorism charges.

The unfairness of that is what got the Bundy's grandstanding in Oregon, and what got LaVoy Finicum murdered by the Oregon State Police.
