AF1 is now en route to Scotland per POTUS tweet and ADSB radar. Lat/long provided but position suppressed from ADSB map. We do not expect to be able to monitor AF1 at all times during the trip to Helsinki, but we'll keep checking.

No. If you don't know where to divide the dots and dashes, and you don't know how many dashes were typed that results in an m-dash being displayed, you cannot possibly parse it as Morse Code.
If spaces were irrelevant in Morse, then

and so forth. Drop the hypothesis.
