Why is it only needles and medical waste washes ashore on only recreational beachss?

It’s never empty water bottles and deli containers. It’s never thousands of plastic grocery bags. It’s never sporks never. It’s always needles, tampon applicators and red biohazard bags. It’s mathematically impossible to be an accident at this point.
