Even TS isn't without it's quirks, and errors. It was there each time I looked. Log out, clean cookies, try again, when the 'quirks' that have increased of late, act up.
Their handlers can freeze their bank accts. anytime, for not, 'obeying', so they really have nothing, everything is conditional.
Sometimes we can keep windows open for a very long time, and if an update for our browser is not done, it can put stress on our searches, I obsessively clean cookies and disk clean up and not to be dragged with crap, many variables, but TS will probably continue to have glitches, up to and beyond the election, as more trolls jump on board to cause havoc. Sort of like, checking the simple things, to fix an engine, first, then look at the bigger issues.

They can delete all they want, the site has it all.
Think of a media site, as a newspaper, everyone is a publisher, and even if 'we' remove our work, that paper did not.
Whether they were locked, or hidden from public view, is a matter we should find out later, but probably part of the story line within the movie. Elon posted the site was a crime scene, or something to that effect.
Cloud or no cloud, it's still on the site, even if they ban us, they still have our posts. Just because we don't see them, the moderators of the site, do.
Remember, this is about them keeping records on us, LifeLog became Facebook, it would be counter productive, to delete our posts, from themselves.
When cops put up the yellow tape, all becomes evidence, and that is not provided to the public until a full investigation. Leaked info, could distort information collected from witnesses.
