Prince Harry Arrives in New York for Dinner With European Queen
Prince Harry kicked off a multiday working visit to New York City on Sunday where he attended a dinner hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO) highlighting, "Violence against children and its impact on mental health."
The WHO dinner was also attended by the organization's director-general, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Hollywood actors, Forest Whitaker and Will Poulter.
During his stay, Harry will attend events connected with the HALO Trust and the Diana Award. The princess brought anti-landmine and humanitarian aid organization, the HALO Trust, to international attention in 1997 just months before her death, when she was photographed walking through a live minefield in Angola, Africa, wearing body armor with its logo attached.

Telegram Changes Policy, Says It Will Provide User Data to Authorities
Telegram updated its privacy policy on Monday to say that the company will provide user data, such as IP addresses and phone numbers, to law enforcement agencies in response to a valid legal order.
The news is a significant shift in Telegramâs policies on providing data to law enforcement. It comes after French authorities arrested Telegramâs CEO Pavel Durov in August, in part due to Telegramâs refusal to hand over data in response to lawful orders.
âIf Telegram receives a valid order from the relevant judicial authorities that confirms you're a suspect in a case involving criminal activities that violate the Telegram Terms of Service, we will perform a legal analysis of the request and may disclose your IP address and phone number to the relevant authoritiesâ.

Corpses found wearing sombreros in Mexico as cartel violence rages after Sinaloa leaders arrested in U.S.
Mexican media reported at least 10 new deaths this weekend âincluding corpses found wearing sombreros or with pizza slices pegged onto them with knivesâ in the northwestern state of Sinaloa, where rival cartel factions have been in open conflict with each other and authorities in recent days.
The uptick in violence comes after the surprise arrest on U.S. soil of Sinaloa Cartel co-founder Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada in late July, which is believed to have unleashed aninternal power struggle within the group.
Around 70 people have been killed in the state since September 9, mostly in the capital city Culiacan, according to official and press tallies.
Three incidents occurred on Saturday in the central Tres Rios area of Culiacan.

Birmingham mass shooting: $100,000 reward announced as police hunt for gunmen
Four people were killed and at least 17 others were injured Saturday night.
"You can receive up to $100,000 if you have credible information that leads to, one, an arrest, and another, an actual conviction," Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin said. "It's your time to step up. And we need you."
"We cannot give safe harbor or shelter to people who want to just simply kill people. We cannot give them cover," the mayor said. "They should not feel safe in our community â they should not feel safe anywhere."
The chief said to the unknown gunmen, "We're gonna hunt you down and we're gonna arrest you."
