They are brought up in a very traumatizing lifestyle, for the parents screw them over, then they are handed out like party favors amongst others, major violence included, then break free, to only be swooped up by those who are given access to them, all they know is betrayal, but, the big but, once they engage in harming of others, their own plots, they've crossed a line, they can't return from. Lying, that's since birth, everything is just manipulation from the get go.
Team Work Makes the Dream Work
And, no complaints at Gitmo, nooses are one size fits all, no tailoring needed for the demanding types.
Many were force fed, guilt and shame, via the use of those they should be able to trust, in churches and buildings of worship.
Force feeding God to them now, makes them just reject us. Even God gives free will.
Stories of how God intervened, in our own lives, makes them ponder those times, something super natural worked in their lives.
