His last polygraph test was 2-3 years ago, according to PS. Vague answer.
PS was careful to specify that he had never failed one, but was "out of scope" prior to his last polygraph test, which would have been around January 2016 when he was notified of the test result.
He does not know how long he was out of scope.
He took another test, within a month or two of January 2016.
Currently has top secret classification.
Was he aware that, according to DOJ/FBI policy, he should have been read-out of SCI information while out of scope.
PS returned to differentiating between failing a polygraph test and being "out of scope".
Regardless of his attempt to correct Rep Collins, PS was subject to the policy of being read-out is based on being out of scope and yet continued to have access to SCI information.
