Major Manhunt Underway by US Marshals for Nathan Wade – Fani Willis’s Lover Boy and former Fulton County Lead Investigator in Trump Lawfare Case

“The committee issued the subpoena on Friday, attempted to serve the subpoena to Nathan Wade’s lawyer, who declined, and subsequently the committee tried to serve the subpoena via email through Nathan Wade himself, never heard back. As a result, the committee had to use the assistance of the U.S. Marshals, who have also not been able to find Nathan Wade,” Russell Dye, a spokesman for the committee, told Newsweek on Wednesday evening.

Jeremiah 11:11-17

11 Therefore this is what the Lord says: ‘I will bring on them a disaster they cannot escape. Although they cry out to me, I will not listen to them.

12 The towns of Judah and the people of Jerusalem will go and cry out to the gods to whom they burn incense, but they will not help them at all when disaster strikes.

13 You, Judah, have as many gods as you have towns; and the altars you have set up to burn incense to that shameful god Baal are as many as the streets of Jerusalem.’

14 “Do not pray for this people or offer any plea or petition for them, because I will not listen when they call to me in the time of their distress.

15 “What is my beloved doing in my temple

as she, with many others, works out her evil schemes?

Can consecrated meat avert your punishment?

When you engage in your wickedness,

then you rejoice.[a]”

16 The Lord called you a thriving olive tree

with fruit beautiful in form.

But with the roar of a mighty storm

he will set it on fire,

and its branches will be broken.

17 The Lord Almighty, who planted you, has decreed disaster for you, because the people of both Israel and Judah have done evil and aroused my anger by burning incense to Baal.

Congress probing FCCs quick approval of radio stations to Soros group

Probe comes after FCC Commissioner Brendan warned review of a Soros-backed purchase of Audacy stations was taking a "shortcut" around normal procedures.

The House Oversight and Accountability Committee opened an inquiry Thursday into the Federal Communications Commission's expedited approval of a deal that would give Democrat megadonor George Soros a large stake in more than 200 U.S. radio stations, alleging the body was in an effort to "interfere in the 2024 election and politicize" a body that is supposed to be independent.

The investigation announced by Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., and Rep. Nick Langworthy, R-N.Y., came after FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr disclosed last week to Congress that the Commission's review of a Soros-backed purchase of Audacy stations was taking a "shortcut" around its normal procedures for reviewing station deals that could result in a significant foreign stake or control.

"The FCC appears to be bypassing standard processes and procedures in an unprecedented way to benefit a Democrat megadonor acquiring a major equity stake in hundreds of local radio stations across the country," the lawmakers wrote.

The committee described Soros as a "financier of organizations advocating for speech restrictions and censorship of conservatives online" and said a group he was involved with was attempting to purchase $415 million in debt in a Chapter 11 reorganization of Audacy, Inc., which owns over 200 radio stations.

"By all appearances, the FCC majority isn’t just expediting, but is bypassing an established process to do a favor for George Soros and facilitate his influence over hundreds of radio stations before the November election," Comer and Langworthy wrote.

The FCC has denied wrongdoing in the review but Carr, a Republican, called the commission handling of the radio deal unprecedented.

"The FCC is not following its normal process for reviewing a transaction," Carr said last week. "We have established over a number of years one way in which you can get approval from the FCC when you have an excess of 25 percent foreign ownership, which this transaction does. It seems to me that the FCC is poised to create, for the first time, an entirely new shortcut.”

Dem senator pushes bill to pack, regulate Supreme Court

"Canada is a fraction the size of the United States in terms of population and it has 15 justices. Most of the larger democracies in the world have bigger apex courts than we do.”

The Democrats have been threatening to pack the Supreme Court ever since President Donald Trump successfully introduced some more conservative voices to the mix in Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanagh and Amy Coney Barrett. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) introduced a bill Wednesday that will not only enlarge the court but control it by making it more difficult to repeal decisions made by previous justices. Judges would also be audited, the Washington Post reported.

Democrats will sell the bill as a means of “democratizing” the high court while Republicans will see it as an attempt by liberals to control it at a crucial juncture in American history, when the country has been invaded by tens of millions of illegal immigrants.

Wyden, the chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, told the Post that his goal is simply to make the court popular with the public again and restore its luster, which he apparently believes has been tarnished by political in-fighting.

“It’s not an atomic secret that the process for selecting justices is politicized,” Wyden told The Post. “You’ve got this thoroughly politicized process resulting in a Supreme Court that now frequently issues sweeping rulings to overturn laws and upend precedents. We are proposing a way to restore some balance between the three branches of government.”

Wyden envisions almost doubling the size of the court form nine justices to 15 over the next dozen years. He argues that such a long transition would negate the chances of one party dominating the packing process. Presidents would nominate a justice in the first and third years of their tenures. The bill would also make it necessary for a two-thirds majority in both the Supreme Court and the circuit courts of appeals, to repeal an act of Congress.

Any Supreme Court nominee would also be automatically moved to the Senate for a vote after 180 days in committee. This component of the bill was apparently inspired by the actions of then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) who avoided any possible confirmation of President Barack Obama-nominated Merrick Garland in 2016 by simply refusing to hold a vote.

Wyden also imagines expanding the number of federal judicial circuits from 13 to 15, which would add another 100 district court judges and 60 appellate judges.

Although Supreme Court justices are subject to the same revenue laws and regulations as every other American, Wyden thinks they should submit to an annual audit from the Internal Revenue Service that would then publish the findings for all to read. Nominees would have to declare three years of past tax returns to be eligible for confirmation. If two-thirds of the justices felt one member should have to recuse his or herself from a case, they could force the matter. Each justice would also have to release all of their legal opinions, even those related voting on an emergency basis.

Jeremy Fogel, executive director of the Berkeley Judicial Institute and a former federal judge and a judicial ethics expert, pointed to Canada as an example of why the United States should have a much larger court. “Canada is a fraction the size of the United States in terms of population and it has 15 justices,” Fogel told the Post. “Most of the larger democracies in the world have bigger apex courts than we do.”

Colorado dean of students fired after saying USA is 'the greatest country in the world' during mandatory DEI training: lawsuit

"Cherry Creek has replaced the Bill of Rights with the 'DEI Manifesto,' and teachers, students, and parents are being silenced for standing up for the values that make America great," Ian Prior, America First Legal senior advisor,

A free speech lawsuit has been filed against a Colorado school district over the termination of an employee who was allegedly fired for expressing pro-American views during a mandatory diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training.

The complaint filed on Thursday in the US District Court of Colorado by America First Legal on behalf of Patrick Hogarty, a former Dean of Students at Campus Middle School in Cherry Creek School District, alleges that the school district violated Hogarty's First Amendment rights when it "pressured him to embrace race-based ideologies" during a required diversity training.

During the January 18, 2024 training, Hogarty reportedly responded to a question about his experience being a white US citizen by saying he "identifies as an American who believes the US is the greatest country in the world," the lawsuit said. His answer was allegedly reported to the school principal by Cherry Creek's equity director who accused the dean of using "racist undertones," as per the complaint.

The suit alleges that the school district in March 2024 eliminated Hogarty's position, citing "budgetary reasons." When Hogarty found out about the layoff, he pushed back against the district's justification for his position being eliminated and the school placed him on administrative leave for "unprofessional conduct."

Ian Prior, America First Legal senior advisor, wrote in a press release: "Cherry Creek School District blatantly violated the First Amendment rights of our client when they terminated him because his pride in the United States of America did not align with the district's political ideology that America is a systematically racist nation. Like other school districts across the country, Cherry Creek has replaced the Bill of Rights with the 'DEI Manifesto,' and teachers, students, and parents are being silenced for standing up for the values that make America great."
