I know its unpopular on the right to criticize ANY 'police' (for fear of being lumped with leftist 'defunders')… but that same observation of FBI/CIA midlevels NOT bringing down their own corrupt upper command… is exactly the same as "all the good apples" in LE that struggle to bring down theirs upper command sending down unlawful Orders.
