Hmm….could we also not give a tax break to companies that export jobs out of the United States? It isn't just manufacturing. IT, computer programming, call enters, and the inside works of businesses that maybe produce fiscal products and not something physical. Bring them all back. No H1b's. If you put tariffs on companies exporting into the US, seems only fair to not give companies tax breaks that export jobs outside of the US.
