Ramsey County Minnesota Sheriff Bob Fletcher just said on his stream, 'Live On Patrol': "There is a woman in Mary Moriarty's office [Hennepin County Attorney], I'll leave her name out of it, that doesn't believe any juvenile should ever go to juvenile detention. She has a lot of influence over there."
