It is unlikely that GHB was used topically. More likely, P. Diddy was supplied Lactone, a precursor to GHB, mostly flavorless and slick. GHB contains alcohol and wouldn't work as lube, not slippery enough .It also would be inefficient drug delivery for an orgy. The right amount of lactone placed in a tropical/highly flavored drink would be virtually undetected and fast acting. This is why in the video they had mingling time and then he announced "Lets get our freakoff." They probably had a special mixologist or arm band for the guests who were targeted. Using lactone (GBL) vs GHB also skips the need for a chemist to make GHB.
So, LEO reading muh post, find the mixologist, find the lactone supplier. It is Lactone (γ-Butyrolactone (GBL)).
