No injuries after U.S. Army helicopter makes emergency landing in Jefferson County, fire department says

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The White Pine Fire Department said it was one of several agencies that responded to a Black Hawk helicopter that made an emergency landing Saturday afternoon.

WPFD said units arrived on the scene to find the helicopter, which was from the United States Army, made an emergency landing in a field near Brethen Church Road after a possible electrical fire.

Officials said there were no injuries and that the aircraft suffered minor damage.
