Key House chairman to ask Congress to repudiate Democrats’ J6 findings in face of new evidence Sept. 27, 2024 1/4

No, Donald Trump didn’t grab the wheel of his presidential limousine and try to commandeer it. Yes, Nancy Pelosi felt responsible for security lapses at the Capitol, including the failure to pre-position National Guard there.

There's no doubt that Trump did in fact order the Pentagon to send troops to secure the capital city ahead of the Jan. 6, 2021, certification of electoral votes, but political and military brass declined to do so. Andyes, there were both intelligence and security blunders by police that led to the breach of one of America’s most storied buildings.

The last two years of investigations byCongress and Just the News have whipsawed the original, official narrative of what transpired during the Jan. 6 Capitol riots.

Now the man who has helped uncover much of the contradictory evidence,House Administration Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., is planning to ask his colleagues to take the extraordinarily rare step of officially repudiating the December 2022 findings of the Democrat-led House Select Committee to Investigate the Attack on the U.S. Capitol led by Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., and ex-Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyoming.

“My intention is to bring the House floor a resolution that lays out all the evidence that we found that contradicts the evidence that they supposedly or thenarrative they put in their report because future generations need to know, do not use this document that the select committee produced as any reflection of a historical record,” Loudermilk told the "Just the News, No Noise"television show on Thursday night.

There is no known vehicle in Congress to formally retract an official report from an earlier session of the legislative body, so Loudermilk’s team is aiming to craft legislationthat would ask the current members of Congress to repudiate and disown the prior work of the earlier committee.

Such a resolution would single out conclusions and declarations of the Thompson-Cheney driven report widely adopted by mainstream media that have since been proven false or misleading and highlight the specific evidence that gives a more accurate recounting of what transpired in the days leading up to Jan. 6, during the Capitol breach and afterward.

The goal, Loudermilk said, is to make sure thatfuture generations of Americans know that the Democrat Jan. 6 committee had created a predetermined political story filled with errors and innuendoinstead of a neutral presentation of evidence.

“It's a narrative," he said. "It's more fiction than fact, and we can show that through the evidence that we've uncovered.”

The most recent whipsaw in the narrative occurred last week when Just the News reported that transcripts of bombshell interviews conducted back in 2021 inside the Pentagon revealed that Trump gave clear instructions to military officials brass three days before the Jan. 6 riots to “do whatever it takes” to keep the U.S. Capitol safe, including deploying National Guard or active-duty troops, but top officials chose not to comply because of concerns over politics or optics.

"There is absolutely no way I was putting U.S. military forces at the Capitol, period,” acting Defense Secretary Christopher Millertold the Defense Department inspector general during a March 2021 interview that poignantly captured the defiance of Trump’s order. (Miller lied his ass off on Bannons war room, saying he was undermined, and was kept out of the plan.)

The transcripts undercut the Democrat conclusion that Trump meant for violence to occur at the Capitol while affirming the former president’s long-held claim he authorized up to 10,000 troops to be deployed in advance to protect the Capitol and capital city.

Trump claimed vindication in the release of the new documents while praising Loudermilk.

“The Deep State chose to disregard my direct authorization of at least 10,000 National Guard Troops to ensure that Washington, D.C., was safe and secure on January 6, 2021,” he wrote on his Truth Social platform.“These Deep State subversives disobeyed the President’s directives, which would have prevented any unrest that day – January 6th, as it is known, would never have taken place.”

A few weeks earlier, Just the News reported that belatedly unearthed video footage of Pelosi exiting the Capitol during the Jan. 6 violenceshowed the then-House Democratic speaker took direct responsibility for security lapsesat the Capitol, including the failure to pre-position National Guard there. It was a visual repudiation of the Democrats’ talking point that they bore no blame for the tragedy that day.

“We're calling the National Guard now? They should have been here to start out,” Pelosi can be heard saying as she flees through a tunnel under the Capitol on the afternoon of Jan. 6, 2021, as her daughter Alexandra videotaped her for an eventual HBO movie.

"We will have totally failed. And we've got to take some responsibility," she added in another portion of the tape.

Over the last two years,Just the News uncovered at least a dozen other major revelationsthat changed the official Jan. 6 narrative in ways big and small. Here are some of them:

Key Democratic witness changed her story

In late November 2023, Just the News reported that one of the Democrats’ key witnesses in the Jan. 6 hearings submitted changes to her original, closed-door testimony before Jan. 6 Select Committee.

Cassidy Hutchinson, the former aide to Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, revised her original February 2022 testimony before the committeeusing what are called errata sheets.

The document, reviewed by Just the News, was uncovered by Loudermilk’s investigation and shows that Hutchinson made significant, substantive changes to her original testimony.

For example, she changed her infamous story about the "Beast," the presidential limousine, which purportedly involved an incident in which Trump was said to have lunged at the driver in anger after his request to be driven to the Capitol was refused. This is the version of the story that Hutchinson told Cheney at a public hearing in June 2022. This story was not in her original February testimony.

Secret Service directly contradicts presidential limousine story

Even more shockingly, theSecret Service agentsin the car with Trump that day told the Democrat J6 committee long before its report was published thatHutchinson's third-hand account was false and did not happen.

In fact, the transcript of the driver’s testimony reviewed by Just the News shows his lawyer complained that his client had offered to testify in July, August and September of 2022, but was “rebuffed” by the committee until November 2022.

Metro D.C. officer caught on videotape claiming “we go undercover as Antifa”

In November, Just the News obtained new footagefroman undercover Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officer as he worked behind police lines on Jan. 6.The footage was recently turned over to Loudermilk’s committee.

The video shows the officer giving water to his fellow police officers who were suffering from the effects of tear gas, which the Capitol Police had deployed against the pro-Trump protestors.

While helping his fellow officer, the plainclothes, undercover officer told his colleague, “We go undercover as Antifa in a crowd.”

Jan. 6 police video captures Metro D.C. officer saying 'we go undercover as Antifa'

Nov. 23, 2023

Just the News on Tuesday obtained footage of an undercover Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department(MPD) officer recorded by his camera behind police lines on the U.S. Capitol grounds. The footage was obtained directly from official sources and has not been altered.

He is seen giving water to his fellow police officers who were suffering from the effects of tear gas which the Capitol Police had deployed against the pro-Trump protestors. The footage showed the officer in plainclothes with a grey jacket. Spotted in the video and identifying him as a police officer is a badge hanging around his neck.

While helping his fellow officer, theundercover officer told his colleague that “we go undercover as Antifa in a crowd.”

The footage obtained by Just the News is embedded in the player above. It was turned over to Congress recently to investigators for House Administration Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., who are investigating the official police response on Jan. 6.

A snippet of the video began appearing on social media a few weeks ago. Just the News obtained the complete footage and verified its authenticity.

The video does not make clear whether the officer was referring to being undercover as Antifa in the crowd of Trump supporters gathered at the Capitol on that dayor to any prior experience with Antifa protests, such as during the Summer 2020 BLM riots that swept the country.

The officer’s words are likely to raise more questions during the House GOP probe of the wider police response on Jan. 6.

Just the News has learned that Congressional investigators believe that theofficer captured in the footage wearing plainclothes is a member of the MPD’s Electronic Surveillance Unit (ESU).

The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Last week, Just the News reported on other January 6 security footage thatshows a group of unidentified individuals delivering and hauling materials for and building the infamous wooden gallowson the National Mall.

No MPD or Capitol Police interfered with or questioned the individuals during construction of the gallows, which remained standing throughout the protests that day.

Dirty dozen? 12 jurisdictions where election issues looming ahead of November

Sept. 28, 2024.1/2

With the November election fewer than six weeks away, states and localities are cleaning up voter rolls and sending out ballots to voters. However, multiple jurisdictions are experiencing issues in preparation for Election Day.

As voters in some states have already begun the early and absentee voting process, several jurisdictions have recently found problems in the administrative process, such as non-citizens on voter rolls and duplicate ballots sent out to voters.

Rep. Bryan Steil, R-Wis., chairman of the House Administration Committee that oversees elections, told the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show on Tuesday that one of the most important issues in this election cycle is non-citizens voting.

“Washington, D.C., other municipalities around the country, not only allow non-citizens to vote in municipal elections, they’re actually using taxpayer dollars to encourage non-citizens to participate in our elections,” Steil said.

Washington, D.C.’s law states that “an individual residing in our nation's capital for simply 30 days is eligible to vote,” he explained. “So someone working at the Russian embassy who's a Russian citizen, if they've resided in Washington, D.C., for 30 days, they can walk down to the polling station this November and vote in the municipal elections.”

“Now it's illegal on paper for somebody to vote in a U.S. election at the federal level. That said, it's illegal to cross the border, yet millions of people do it. This is about enforcement, about preventing individuals from taking illegal action,” Steil added.

Non-citizens have been found on states’ voter rolls, with many states removing them upon discovery. However, non-citizen voting is not the only election integrity issue that Steil said is important to focus on, and most Democrats oppose reforms for such problems.

“This is what's so frustrating – when we have an opportunity to increase Americans' confidence in the elections, what we continue to see are liberal Democrats pushing back against very common-sense reforms,” Steil said.“It's the same pushback that we saw when Democrats pushed back against photo ID. Photo identification when you go to the polls is an absolute no-brainer.”

Below is a list of 12 states and jurisdictions across the country that are struggling with election-related issues:

Alabama

Earlier this month, an illegal immigrant agreed to plead guilty to charges of having stolen a U.S. citizen's identity to illegally vote in multiple U.S. elections and illegally obtain a passport, according to the Justice Department. That illegal immigrant registered to vote in Alabama in 2016 and voted in the 2016 and 2020 primary and general elections. Last month, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen instructed county boards of registrars to remove 3,251 people from active voter rolls and to set their registrations as inactive over their citizenship status…

Arizona

Last week, Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) said that nearly 98,000 voters were incorrectly registered in the state as providing proof of U.S. citizenship, even though they had not done so. In April 2023, PILF reportedthat Maricopa County, Ariz., records showed that since 2015, 222 foreign nationals were removed from the county’s voter rolls, with nine of them recorded as casting 12 ballots across four federal elections. According to a February report by PILF, Pima County has removed 186 non-citizens from its voter rolls since 2021, with the majority of those registered to vote through third parties.

Georgia

Last month, the Georgia State Election Board voted to request that state Attorney General Chris Carr reopen an investigation into Fulton County's counting of the results of the 2020 election after an independent investigation found that the county likely scanned thousands of ballots twice in a recount of the 2020 election. The board has also requested that its own executive director investigate how the boards of elections in eight counties have handled challenges to voter registrations. The counties are Athens-Clarke, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Jackson, and Macon-Bibb.

Iowa

Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird (R) charged a non-citizen last week with illegally voting in a July city council election.

North Carolina

The North Carolina State Board of Elections removed 747,000 individuals from state voter rolls over the past 20 months because they were ineligible for registration.

Ohio

In May, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose (R) directed all 88 counties to begin a removal process for non-citizens on Ohio's voter rolls after 137 voter registrations were found of non-citizens who had twice confirmed their lack of U.S. citizenship. Also, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan wrote a letter on Friday demanding Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas respond to LaRose’s requests to DHS for federal citizenship information to make sure Ohio voters are U.S. citizens.

Oklahoma

A total of 456,309 voter registrations have been removed from Oklahoma's voter rolls since 2021.

Oregon

Oregon removed 1,259 voters this month from state voter rolls who were registered to vote without proof of U.S. citizenship due to errors made by the motor vehicles department.

Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Department of State announced in September 2017 that records indicated 1,160 non-citizens since 1972 had requested their voter registrations be canceled.

Texas

Last month, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) announced that more than 1 million ineligible voters have been removed from voter rolls since 2021.

Illinois

According to a PILF report from May 2023, Chicago records show that 394 foreign nationals were removed from the city’s voter rolls since 2007, with 20 of them recorded as casting 85 ballots.

Wisconsin

In Madison, Wis., 2,215 duplicate ballotsmistakenly went out to voters. The U.S. Department of Justice sued two rural Wisconsin towns after they switched from including electronic voting machines to using only paper ballots in their elections and counting them by hand.

Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Wis., said Thursday on the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show on that the city of Madison should take more precautions to ensure that duplicate ballots aren’t counted.

“They're saying, the city of Madison, ‘we're going to go to all 2,215 of these voters, and we're going to make sure that they know about this.’ What they need to do is get a hold of the duplicate ballot and make sure that it's not cast.Because remember, in Madison, in Dane County, that is the center of the universe in Wisconsin for the ballot harvesting efforts of Democrats. We have to make sure this election is above repute, especially in one of the most critical states in this upcoming election: Wisconsin,” Tiffany said.

"A mistake was made, the Clerk's Office moved swiftly to rectify the error and reassure voters, but there is NO possibility of a duplicate absentee ballot being counted," Madison spokesperson Dylan Brogan told Fox News on Wednesday.

(Every state has this problem a Voter Fraud found over 2,000,00 fraudulent voters in NY alone. Why did the wait until 8 months before 2024 to fix any of this? ==Only one or two of these states a blue states, where the most crimes are committed)
