Looked into this 3 years ago when 5G towers were starting to go up around here.
The feds stealing Tesla's work when he died, had his notes for his 'tower weapon' that could sink ships and knock aircraft out of the sky.
They gave that info to a company named ARCO, to develop into HARP system.
Since those 5g towers went up, I have noticed several storms that were heading right at me, make hard turns to the east or west and go right around me, like they were intentionally trying to miss that tower.
Wireless transmission of electricity isn't suppose to be real either, but here we are today using recharging pads that all you have to do is set your cellphone on it, and it recharges it without having to plug it into it.
No matter the how, it's still transmitting electricity wirelessly.
Point is, what is believed to not be able to be done, is being done without public knowledge.
