in my opinion, the ds wanted to cause havoc, but the wh hats took over, and destroyed their physical assets, as well as sending bolts of lightning to destroy comms, and melted anything below earth, that was used for directing storms.

Seems many clown towns, got hit, with no charities, and no one buying their bs in their stores, only essentials, they are strapped for cash, and now some don't have homes.
