Could not agree more. There is NO ONE and I mean NO ONE that gets a 'spotlight' on them by THEM. You may get their attention with your talent, but-THERE WILL BE A PRICE TO PAY.
The ones that pay the price-are given the spotlight-within the condition of the one in the spotlight does THEIR bidding when push comes to shove. TheY get their way or no spotlight.
