Of course they are, but they do have a couple valid uses.

Anon wouldn't mind having just enough of them to keep the refrigerator, freezer, and internet router running through an extended outage.

Already have 15 amp UPS that runs fridge, router, and coffee pot.

Power can go out at midnight, and anon still wakes up to cold milk, hot covfefe, and access to the kun.

Having enough solar to keep it charged would be even nicer.

Will power your refrigerator overnight (so you can hide your generator), and you only need to run your generator for an hour to charge it back up.
