So, some really neat things have happened over this past month.

 

First, for the hopelessly retarded, don't fuck around with this shit without being prepared for literally any unexpected consequence.

 

Anyways, it seems as though sleep is barely even needed in actuality. There's a lot I admittedly don't actually know, but I've been making do just fine for about a month now with ~1h a night, some nights even just laying down for a bit without actually sleeping is fine. I've been trying to work out exactly what's going on, and I've got a few thoughts on that which might be helpful to honest and earnest anons who are actually attempting to understand the world, rather than just trying to build the fastest shortcut they can to obtain "superpowers" or some other such nonsense.

 

Anyways, after some very non-rigorous testing I suspect that it may have a lot to do with heavy, processed foods such as grains and oils. I was making do with very light grazing of healthy natural foods and nutritious natural liquids when it started, and so far it would seem that eating heavier processed foods ends up resulting in more sleep.

 

I also suspect there may be some element involving natural cognition vs intentional logic structures, but like I said, none of this is rigorous, just interesting thoughts to share. I'm sure dishonest people will manage to hurt themselves with it anyways, so everything should be good.
