BTW, Jim Morrison's dad was a United States Navy rear admiral (upper half) and naval aviator. Morrison held significant commands of United States naval forces during the Vietnam War.
anon has seen similar documentaries over the years. he was right in the center of the sanfran/haight/ashbury scene in the late 60's. just had a fascinating life. don't know if he ever wrote a memoir but i would love to see a true feature film about his life.
