I have always dreamt of that and have made an effort to build such systems. I once owned the site centralalert.com but due to all the gang stalking and blacklisting, I had to let it go. As a 911 volunteer first responder, I can assure you knowledge is not exclusive because someone said your hired to one and not the other, but is inclusive.
