random comment anons - at the gym this morning, at exactly 8am EST, the music on my iPhone changed to the Promentory theme music (Q4560, Last of the Mohicans theme) for about 5-10secs.

1. I do have that song saved to my device but have not listened to it for a week or so

2. the version that played for 5-10secs sounded different from the one on my device (apple music)

3. While it was playing, the Apple Music app still showed the song I was listening to as playing (both on phone and watch)

4. I had X open so I just assumed a video had started playing but there was nothing there when I looked

a glitch in the matrix or maybe I'm just going bonkers but I'm going to take it as a very good sign just prior to Red October

hmm, areas deeply affected by hurricane helene. (I always assumed it was filmed in the Adirondacks).

another weird aside, I was on the Verizon LTE network at the time it happened and now a large portion of their mobile network is down. (mine is still up)
