I see your logic, however, at the state of the union Q says they were set free from thier bad deeds , that some HAD to participate, due to blackmail or whatever, but had to leave,,,,so Trey did just that and is retiring, but not until he has played his part, same with Paul Ryan (tho I think pr willingly did bad things where trey something else) he looking ragged lately, Jason got off easy and his job is to support support Fox New,, Bannon, Gorky,,all those guys left to help the cause on the outside.
