That is correct but think about it, many of these items may not be readily available at local stores such as pumps, concrete cutters, electric wheel barrels, stadium lighting, fat tire e bikes, without waiting for a delivery but many people in the public own them already and would gladly sell them in order to buy something else newer and wait for it. This can fill our needs until then.
