I cannot believe the white hats are letting him get away with murder. In contract law, if anyone enters into a contract due to "Due Stress" that contract is null and void. Therefor, if you caused people to enter into a contract that caused the shortening of their lives, you made them enter that contract illegally and must pay for the damages. If this is not argued before a judge then of course he is going to get away with it. The prosecution and judge needs to be examined under military law.
