Evidently, its came out in prelim trail that it has to do something with the Sheriffs underage daughter.
Just turned 17, Senior in HS. Age of consent is 16 in Ky but if you’re 16-17 yrs old the max age is 10 years older.
From what I’m gather sheriff called his daughter from his own phone. No answer. Called her from judges phone (contact popped up), she answered the judges phone. That’s when he immediately stood up and started firing.
