Quartz Corp is more a tangled web. It's a joint venture between Mircal SA and Hustadlitt AS.

Mircal is owned by Imerys which is owned by Groupe Bruxelles Lambert which is owned by Canada's 4th Wealthiest Family, the Desmarais Family. They are also Bilderberg attendees.
